Dambi Dollo University (DaDU) was officially accredited and or recognized by the Ministry of Education in 2007 E.C and begins teaching and learning process in 2010. The university was founded by proclamation of house of ministers No 916/2008 article 39 as well as higher education proclamation No 650/2001 article 5(1) The university is located around Dambi Dollo town, which 645 km away from Addis Ababa. It is situated on an area of 135 hectares.
Dambi Dollo University is one of the universities in Ethiopia identified as prominent center for production and dissemination of scientific knowledge, skills, and behaviors that have significant contribution to the technological, socio-economic, and socio-cultural development of the country and science. It is committed to ensure the fulfillment of its vision and the attainment of its missions and values successfully. Currently, 5 colleges, and 5 schools with 60 departments affiliated to Dambi Dollo University. The realization of its mission involves the participation of multiple stakeholders at multiple positions of administrative and academic hierarchy of the university and beyond. Dambi Dollo University gives emphasis knowledge generation in the fields of science, technology, and scholarly pursuits to address societal needs and maintain the status of the university as a leader in the knowledge industry.

Original unpublished manuscripts, relevant to the conference theme, are invited on the theme of the conference from academicians, researchers, students and practitioners. Abstract should be in about 300 words including 5-6 keywords. Full paper should be in MS Word, Times New Roman 12 point, with 1.5 lines spacing fully justified and should not exceed 4500 words. The front page of the paper should provide details of author’s name, affiliation, organization, and email address and telephone number. All tables and figures should be numbered and should appear in the corresponding text with captions. Source should be explicitly mentioned at the bottom of the table/figure. Kindly avoid using footnotes. APA Citation style must be followed for references. All correspondence will be addressed to the first author only.
A refund will not be given for cancellations. Some valid cases Cancellation fee is 100USD.The ICETRI reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the conference. If a conference has to be cancelled, the ICETRI will refund the full registration fee paid. The ICETRI will not be responsible for eventual cancellation costs related to travel arrangements.
Papers submitted for possible presentation at a conference and for publication in the Conference proceedings are subjected to a double-blind peer review process. Papers are first reviewed by the conference chair. The conference chair may reject it out of hand either because it is not dealing with the subject matter for that conference or because it is manifestly of a low quality so that it cannot be considered at all. Papers that are found suitable are then sent to two experts in the field of the paper. Referees of a paper are unknown to each other. Referees are asked to classify the paper as acceptable for presentation and publication, acceptable with amendments and improvements, or not acceptable. Referees each return a peer-review of the paper to the conference chair. The role of the referees is advisory.
In order to restrain our participants from travelling during pandemic covid-19 we have introduced this new feature of video conferencing- A convenient way of sharing and discussion.
